Qualifications

• Commercial or tourism background
• Experience in customer service
• Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use
• Good communication skills
• Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English
• Soft skills: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and teamwork

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers and partners in German, French, Italian and English
• Receive and process client complaints related to cards
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns
• Ensure interactions comply with internal quality standards and regulations
• Identify sales opportunities during interactions and escalate complex cases when needed
