Cornèr Banca SA is seeking a skilled multilingual Customer Service specialist to handle calls and inquiries in Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English about card payments. The role is part of an evening/weekend team with flexible remote working hours.

You will address client complaints, ensure compliant processes, and look for upsell opportunities while maintaining high service quality and collaboration with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Mandatory: Commercial or tourism background.
• Must have experience in customer service.
• Good knowledge of Office package / PC use.
• Strong communication skills.
• Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English.
• Soft skills: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers and business partners in Italian, German/Swiss German, French or English.
• Process client complaints related to cards (credit, prepaid, debit).
• Resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure interactions comply with internal standards and regulations.
• Escalate complex cases and identify sales opportunities during interactions.
