Zusammenfassung

Cornèr Banca SA is seeking a highly skilled contact center specialist to handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner inquiries in German, French, Italian and English, related to cards payments. The role belongs to our evening and weekend team with hours mainly outside standard office times.

Key responsibilities include answering calls from customers and partners, processing card-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions, maintaining quality standards, escalating complex cases,

Qualifikationen

• Commercial or tourism background
• Experience in customer service
• Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use
• Good communication skills
• Languages: Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English
• As the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are needed: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in team

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian or English
• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
• Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
• Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers
