Cornèr Banca SA is seeking a skilled multilingual Customer Service specialist to handle calls and inquiries in Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English about card payments. The role is part of an evening/weekend team with flexible remote working hours.

You will address client complaints, ensure compliant processes, and look for upsell opportunities while maintaining high service quality and collaboration with the team.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries, in German, French, Italian and English, on various topics related to cards payment, in accordance with our work instructions.

This position is part of our evening and weekend team, with working hours primarily outside standard office times.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian or English

• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards

• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

• Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations

• Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department

• Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers
