Job summary

Cornèr Banca SA in Switzerland seeks a skilled multilingual client advisor to handle, process and/or forward inquiries about cards payments in German, French, Italian and English. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, addressing customer and partner inquiries, resolving issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards, and escalating complex cases when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
• Ability to communicate in four languages (Italian, German/Swiss German, French, English).

Responsibilities

• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to cards (credit, prepaid, debit).
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns while maintaining quality standards and compliance.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries, in German, French, Italian and English, on various topics related to cards payment, in accordance with our work instructions.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English
• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
• Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
• Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers
