Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Support Analyst – Application Operations in Switzerland to join a banking IT operations team. You will investigate incidents, troubleshoot with developers and vendors, monitor applications, and contribute to automation and process improvements.

You will configure banking apps (OpenLease), manage user access, and support major incidents across secure, регulated environments. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or application operations in an enterprise/financial services setting.
• Solid incident and problem management knowledge and ITSM processes.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• German and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring IT incidents and implement corrective measures to improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot application errors with developers and vendors.
• Monitor banking applications and optimize monitoring processes.
• Configure and administer banking applications like OpenLease.
• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level application support and participate in major incident management.
• Manage user access and maintain security policy compliance.
• Document investigations and maintain knowledge base.
• Support continuous improvement across operations and service delivery.
