Union Bancaire Privée is seeking an IT business analyst to support key credit applications and projects in Geneva. The role includes analyzing business scenarios, defining functional designs, and managing vendor applications like SpeciTec and Specicred. You will install updates, run SQL scripts, and ensure regulatory alignment.

Fluent French and strong English are required, with 5–10 years of experience and a Master’s in IT. Swiss residency is mandatory.

• Define Functional Design Specification.
• Manage vendor applications (SpeciTec) and relationship to Specicred.
• Install and test new versions of Specicred.
• Execute SQL scripts to validate data integrity and regulatory alignment.
• Liaise with the business to provide IT guidance.
• Guide business analysts, developers and testers across the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and define mitigation scenarios.
