Zusammenfassung

IBM Consulting in Switzerland is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support key credit applications projects within our Delivery Centers. You will work across banking domains to analyze business scenarios, define functional designs, and guide project teams through delivery.

You will liaise with stakeholders in English and French, ensure alignment with risk and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a high-quality IT solution in a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of IT Business Analysis experience in banking.
• Strong technical and functional skills on Credit projects.
• Swiss residency and bilingual in English and French.

Aufgaben

• Analyse business scenarios and contribute to business requirements definition.
• Define Functional Design Specification for credit applications.
• Manage vendor application relationships and liaise with business from IT perspective.
• Provide guidance for business analysts, developers and testers on projects.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies and ensure project lifecycle practices are followed.
• Position will be based within the Application Operations service line.
