SwissPeak Partners GmbH in Zurich seeks an experienced business analyst for a major Swiss bank. You will analyze processes, data flows and systems in customer and contract management or real estate management, and derive target pictures and decision bases from them.

You will document the as-is state, define the to-be processes, and assess data ownership as well as optimisation potential in storage and the system landscape.

Qualificações

• Several years as a business analyst or data analyst in banking or comparable industries.
• Process and data analysis with BPMN, UML and visualization tools.
• Understanding of IT architecture, system landscapes, interfaces and data flows.
• Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and document processes, data flows and systems end-to-end.
• Create as-is analyses, derive target pictures and to-be processes.
• Define data ownership and assess optimisation potential in data storage and system landscape.
• Create business cases, effort estimates and risk analyses.
• Moderate workshops and present results at management level.
