Jobgether SRL is partnering to hire a Paid Ads Specialist based in Switzerland. You will own paid acquisition across Google and Meta, scaling an account spending over $100,000 per month, and building campaigns from scratch in a fully remote setting with senior leadership.

You’ll blend performance marketing, research, and data analysis to deliver measurable growth. You will use AI-powered tools for research and creative production, run structured tests, and report on CAC, LTV, and profitability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Experience managing at least $50k/month in Google Ads spend.

Responsibilities

• Own full paid acquisition process across Google and Meta.
• Scale campaigns and optimize bidding strategies.
• Research audience segments and refine targeting.
• Develop AI-powered creatives and reporting workflows.
• Monitor budgets, CAC, and profitability by channel.
• Experiment with new channels and measurement approaches.
