Jobgether SRL seeks a Performance Video Editor (Meta DTC Ads) for a fully remote, full-time role based in Switzerland. You will craft high-impact short-form ads for Meta, turning scripts and AI assets into compelling campaigns aimed at direct-to-consumer growth.

Collaboration with the VP of Growth and exposure to live campaign performance are key benefits. We value strong storytelling, hands-on experience with paid social ads, and familiarity with AI-aided production tools.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing hands-on direct-to-consumer paid social ads.
• Experience editing UGC-style ads and social campaigns.
• Ability to identify hooks, control pacing, and craft strong storytelling.
• Familiarity with AI voiceovers and AI-generated animation tools.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form video ads for Meta campaigns (1–2 minutes).
• Transform scripts and assets into persuasive content with hooks, pacing, and music/sound design.
• Create and refine concepts to capture attention and drive DTC acquisition.
• Generate AI voiceovers and AI-generated scenes when needed.
