Job summary

Jobgether is listing a fully remote Support Specialist - Finance based in Switzerland for an international SaaS environment focused on healthcare software. You will resolve finance-related questions, optimize configurations, and become a trusted contact for veterinary professionals, collaborating across support, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Background in finance, accounting, or payments.
• Experience in B2B SaaS customer support.
• Healthcare tech or veterinary software experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• English fluency required; other languages are a plus.
• Availability to work 9:00–17:00 UK time.
• Must be located in an eligible hiring country.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for customers, delivering timely, effective, high-quality assistance.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, guiding escalations and complex cases to resolution.
• Help customers configure and use finance-related features, including invoicing, payments, VAT, tax settings, and reporting.
• Provide clear guidance on using veterinary practice management software, adapting solutions to user needs.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Work independently and with teams to improve support processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Product teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Align work with team OKRs and business unit goals.
