Qualificações

• 8+ years of software engineering with staff-level experience preferred.
• Hands-on Go production experience is desirable.
• Experience building production-grade backend systems for scale.
• Strong architectural judgment and ability to lead across teams.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of a trust accounting platform from scratch.
• Build secure, scalable, auditable backend services for financial records and funds management.
• Establish testing, observability, security, and CI/CD standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across teams.
• Ensure integration with existing products and handle increasing transaction volumes.
