TSP Talent Solutions, a Syneos Health company, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive European business development in the GLP-1 space. The role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients across biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.

Telework across international markets is supported. Reporting to executive leadership, this senior role requires strategic vision, hands-on deal execution, and travel to key European

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• Experience in business development within CDMO/pharma services.
• Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the European BD strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Increase market share in GLP-1 manufacturing markets.
• Win new business with medium to large pharma.
• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients within Europe.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Expand relationships with strategic accounts.
