Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Switzerland to own the post-implementation journey for a hospitality SaaS platform. You will manage a portfolio of international customers, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and proactively drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention in a fully remote, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hospitality or events industry experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong stakeholder management with end users, operational teams, and senior decision-makers.
• Experience supporting change management and adoption of new tools or processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management with ability to handle multiple relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-implementation customer journey, driving adoption, engagement, and value realization.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B customers and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead structured customer engagement routines, including reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor health indicators, usage metrics, and sentiment to drive improvements and renewals.
• Own c-NPS activities, plan campaigns, and follow up with promoters/detractors.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to translate feedback into product improvements.
