Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Switzerland seeks a Technical Support Engineer for a cloud-commerce platform. You own customer-impacting incidents from investigation to resolution, working with Linux, databases, APIs, and cloud tech in a remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with developers and product teams, create knowledge-base articles, and explore AI tools to improve troubleshooting and automation. Strong English, 3+ years in support required; Kubernetes experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in technical or support engineering.
• Hands-on Linux system administration (CentOS/RHEL).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and authentication standards.
• Ability to diagnose issues from logs and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Own technical support tickets end-to-end and resolve incidents.
• Provide guidance on product functionality and best practices.
• Diagnose complex issues using Linux, networks, databases and APIs.
• Communicate status and updates per SLAs.
• Create knowledge-base articles and contribute to documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and account managers to resolve issues.
