Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a VIP customer portfolio with personalized communication.
• Develop engagement strategies to maintain activity and loyalty.
• Identify inactive customers and re-engage them.
• Provide tailored support and recommend platform features.
• Collaborate with VIP and Sales teams to improve workflows.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Organize daily tasks to meet service standards.
• Attend to inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
