Jobgether SRL is seeking a VIP CRM Team Lead based in Switzerland. You will lead strategy and day-to-day CRM initiatives targeting high-value customers, shaping their lifecycle from pre-VIP to reactivation, and collaborating with Product, VIP Support, Content, and Casino teams.

You will drive data-informed campaigns, optimize promotions, and strengthen CRM processes to build a high-performing, global CRM function in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry, focusing on customer lifecycle management.
• Experience leading or managing a CRM team or closely related function.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle communication, customer segmentation, retention strategies, and promotional mechanics.
• Experience working with CRM and financial performance metrics and using data to inform commercial decisions.
• Ability to create, assess, and optimize promotional plans based on performance data and customer behavior.
• Strong understanding of how CRM activities influence engagement, retention, revenue, and product metrics.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and established CRM processes, with the ability to work in structured environments.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements to completion.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the VIP CRM team, overseeing task allocation, priorities, daily workflows, and performance.
• Build and optimize the VIP customer lifecycle across communication, promotions, reactivation, and pre-VIP engagement.
• Develop promotional plans and coordinate execution aligned with segments and objectives.
• Define and refine VIP segmentation strategies for different player groups and values.
• Monitor CRM and financial metrics weekly and monthly to decide scaling or discontinuation.
• Review CRM processes and workflows to close gaps and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate CRM initiatives with Product, VIP Support, Content, Casino, and other teams for consistent execution.
• Monitor market developments to propose new CRM strategies and growth opportunities.
