Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter based in Switzerland. The role is remote and contracted with flexible hours, handling end-to-end searches across various specialties and seniority levels.

You will lead intake, sourcing, screening, and placement while maintaining clear client and candidate communications. You will collaborate with clients and candidates to deliver a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with end-to-end responsibilities.
• Experience recruiting across multiple professional specialties and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
• Ability to manage requisitions, candidate stages, screening notes, dispositions, reporting, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned searches from intake to placement.
• Lead intake discussions to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and timelines.
• Develop tailored search strategies and manage full-cycle recruitment for fractional engagements.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and databases.
• Coordinate job postings, review applications, and develop strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess experience, skills, and objectives.
• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based summaries.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for engagements and provide progress updates.
• Keep candidates informed, prepare for interviews, and communicate decisions.
• Coordinate client feedback, interview stages, and offers while respecting client authority.
• Maintain accurate records in Zoho Recruit or other ATS.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify talent and manage pipelines.
• Monitor pipeline progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage weekly hours and escalate capacity or risks.
