Devop1 is hiring a Senior Candidate Recruiter for a 100% remote role. You will partner with clients to understand hiring needs, design tailored recruitment processes, and source high-caliber candidates across multiple seniority levels.

You will lead pre-screenings, present top profiles, and guide negotiations to offer. Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and ATS experience are essential for success in this globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency).
• Excellent knowledge of market status, trends, best practices.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
