Job summary

Bcomp Ltd in Fribourg, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles. You will own the ATS, work with hiring managers to define profiles, source candidates, and guide them through interviews and offers.

You will partner with HR colleagues on onboarding, Training & Learning, and process improvements, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Proven experience managing recruitment end-to-end and first HR interviews.
• Experience in industrial/tech/scale-up or international environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and criteria.
• Source candidates through various channels and networks.
• Own the ATS and candidate pipeline; ensure data accuracy and timely communication.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and employer branding.
• Act as first point of contact for employees on HR services.
• Coordinate HR projects including onboarding, Training & Learning, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and HR Operations Specialist to coordinate recruitment and lifecycle.
