Job summary

Alpian Bank is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our acquisition engine from first click to first investment. You will shape the growth function, plan and optimize paid campaigns, and drive cross-channel experiments with a strong emphasis on AI-driven insights and automation.

You will lead performance marketing, convert sign-ups to funded clients, and collaborate with product, data, and partnerships teams. Willingness to relocate to Geneva is required.

Responsibilities

• Shape how the growth team operates, from weekly rhythm to dashboards.
• Own performance marketing: plan, launch and optimize paid acquisition across channels with clear efficiency targets.
• Improve funnel conversion from sign-up to account opening, deposit and first investment with product, data and UX teams.
• Turn partnerships into acquisition channels with onboarding, co-marketing and tracking.
• Run end-to-end campaigns and experiments with hypotheses, targets and read-outs.
• Make AI a default in growth work, enabling automated reporting and faster testing.
