Jobgether SRL is seeking an Affiliate Manager (AI Product) based in Switzerland to manage and scale an affiliate partner network across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. You will own onboarding, tracking configuration, and performance optimization while maintaining robust reporting infrastructure.

The role requires technical literacy in tracking, strong English communication, and experience with CRM systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in full-cycle affiliate account management, including onboarding and tracking setup.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, and Hybrid models; traffic quality and fraud risks.
• Technical literacy in tracking tech: pixels, postbacks, S2S, attribution, and basic API usage.
• Experience managing partner pipelines, CRMs, and affiliate databases with data accuracy.
• Analytical skills to build/interpret dashboards and turn data into optimization decisions.
• Advertising platform compliance knowledge.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Strong business English, written and spoken.
• Independent worker, managing multiple partners and priorities.
• Communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, negotiation.

Aufgaben

• Manage and scale an existing affiliate partner portfolio across CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
• Handle full partner lifecycle: onboarding, creative/landing page setup, tracking configuration.
• Monitor daily/weekly KPIs: traffic quality, conversions, CPA, ROI, and placement performance.
• Identify underperforming traffic and work with partners to optimize results.
• Maintain tracking and reporting infrastructure, including postback/S2S configurations.
• Keep partner database accurate: contacts, terms, status, and next steps.
• Support Business Development with launch and scaling of new partnerships.
• Manage technical setup and early-stage optimization for new partnerships.
• Monitor competitor affiliate programs and share market insights.
• Maintain strong partner communication and ensure ad platform compliance.
