Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an AI Support Operations Specialist based in Switzerland for a fully remote, international position. You will own an AI-powered customer support agent, improving accuracy and escalation to human support when needed.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and knowledge owners to refine workflows, test new features, and measure impact on customer experience across global teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Intercom Fin experience configuring and improving workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer responses.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify root causes from data.
• Technical confidence to discuss integrations with engineering teams.
• Strong interest in AI-powered support and experimentation.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Customer-centric approach to improve experiences in support.
• Familiarity with regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Optimize AI support performance and improve resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate knowledge base with current policy information.
• Analyze performance data and identify root causes of issues.
• Design tests and measure impact of AI enhancements.
• Configure AI behavior and workflows to align with standards.
• Improve human handoffs to ensure smooth escalation when needed.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI across products and journeys.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and run targeted experiments.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvements with Product/Engineering/Compliance.
• Communicate results and build feedback loops with leadership.
