Job summary

Papers AG, a Swiss cyber security engineering house, is seeking a Growth & AI Marketing Operations Specialist to power growth campaigns, content infrastructure, and data analytics across our product portfolio. You’ll build automated content workflows, ensure top-quality output, run multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, and maintain robust attribution tracking.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ Years in Growth/Marketing Operations: Proven track record in a fast-paced B2B or B2C growth environment, managing campaign ops, marketing automation, and technical data pipelines.
• Hands-on AI Tooling Expertise: Demonstrated experience applying modern LLMs and generative AI tools into real-world marketing workflows.
• Technical Analytics Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and data visualization tools.
• Automation Skills: Proficiency with automation platforms to connect API endpoints and pass payload data reliably.
• CRM & Automation Platforms: Direct administration experience with platforms like Zoho.
• Preferred Technical Skills: Basic scripting in Python/JavaScript/HTML/CSS for lightweight API scripting and rapid landing page iterations.

• Storytelling That Converts: Turn complex, technical capabilities into clear, accurate narratives.
• Audience-First Messaging: Tailor campaigns to developers, technical decision-makers, and business stakeholders.
• Spark Curiosity & Action: Craft narratives that engage and move audiences to conversion.
• Product & Engineering Collaboration: Work with product and engineering to ensure accuracy and relevance in storytelling.
• Multi-Channel Campaign Launch: Execute campaigns across social, search, newsletters, and landing pages, coordinating external partners when needed.
• Marketing Automation: Maintain and scale lifecycle workflows, lead scoring, and automated triggers.
• Rapid A/B & Multivariate Testing: Design and evaluate fast growth experiments weekly.
• Automated Workflow Orchestration: Build AI-driven content pipelines with QA processes.
