SaveSpace in Zürich seeks a founding marketer to build an AI-forward marketing function aiming to scale to €10M+ ARR. This is not a traditional role; you will operate as an exceptional one-person team using AI agents, automation, and sharp positioning.

You’ll own the 1-to-many growth engine: brand authority, demand generation, content, website conversion, and lifecycle marketing. For 6–12 months you’ll work solo, with a clear path to building and leading a team as we scale.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as the #1 or #2 marketing hire at a D2C startup.
• Shipped agentic AI workflows in production.
• Strong content ability across positioning, landing pages, and social media.
• Strong demand-generation instincts across inbound, outbound, events, lifecycle, and conversion.
• Fluent German and English for DACH market communications.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize SaveSpace’s growth engine across brand, demand gen, content, website conversion, and lifecycle marketing.
• Build SaveSpace’s brand and category leadership through positioning, customer stories, and partnerships.
• Own the customer-facing UX and brand experience across website, booking flows, landing pages, campaigns and touchpoints.
• Create content and assets that support case studies, sales materials, and social media.
• Build a scalable marketing system through templates, automation, and external collaborators.
