Sales Leader for Data Foundation Switzerland with Salesforce.com, inc. will manage and grow a team of Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives across the Swiss market, driving revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives with Informatica and MuleSoft platforms.

You will develop a go-to-market plan, recruit and coach AEs, and engage at C-level to coordinate specialists, solution engineering, and executives to close major deals.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams.
• Experience in direct and matrix people management.
• Strong background in solution sales within software, SaaS, cloud, or business applications.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Data Foundation Switzerland sales team, driving pipeline generation, opportunity identification, and revenue growth across the Informatica and MuleSoft portfolio.
• Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Account Executives — providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to maintain high closure rates and quota attainment.
• Engage at C-level in customer organisations, supporting Account Executives in client meetings and coordinating internal resources including specialists, solution engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to Area Sales Management, while consistently elevating the quality and consistency of team sales activities.
