Job summary

Incubeta Group in Switzerland seeks a Lead Paid Social Consultant to own the paid social discipline across Northern Europe and DACH, combining deep platform knowledge with strategic growth and AI-enabled delivery in a hybrid Winterthur/Zurich setup.

You will build campaigns hands-on while guiding client outcomes, shaping the Activation Engine, and collaborating across Media, Creative and Marketing Intelligence to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience within a digital marketing agency or fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Pinterest Ads.
• Strong understanding of Meta CAPI, GA4 attribution, and feed management tools.
• Proven track record consulting senior client stakeholders and managing multi-market campaigns.
• Advanced ability to analyse performance data and build BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior paid social adviser to NE and DACH clients, starting from business decision to plan.
• Move clients to incremental business outcomes (LTV, POAS, MER, incrementality).
• Lead quarterly business reviews with Client Leads to grow accounts and discuss OutSmart/OutCreate/OutMeasure.
• Support shift to outcome-based agreements and renewals.
• Partner with Client Leads on new business, audits and pitches as pre-sales consultant.
• Anticipate future industry changes and maintain competitive edge.
