Jobgether is seeking a PPC Specialist based in Switzerland to take full ownership of paid acquisition and drive profitable growth across markets. You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and guide investment decisions using product economics and data-driven insights.

Collaborating with Analytics, Development, and Product teams, you will strengthen tracking, improve funnels, and uncover new growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC or paid search with full ownership of accounts and budgets.
• Strong experience with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads is a plus.
• Proven ability to scale paid acquisition while keeping profitability using measurable metrics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage end-to-end PPC strategy including planning, launch, optimization, and scaling.
• Manage budgets to achieve target CAC, ROAS, and payback while maximizing profitable growth.
• Model product economics (LTV, CAC, funnel, retention, margins) to guide bidding and budgets.
• Set up and maintain tracking and value-based optimization with Analytics and Dev teams.
• Run a continuous testing roadmap for ads, keywords, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities across geographies and channels.
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve funnel performance.
• Develop and present performance reports and optimization plans to management.
• Monitor platform updates and translate changes into competitive advantages.
• Continuously evaluate campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
