Hilo by Aktiia is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to own paid social strategy across key markets and drive growth while ensuring health messaging accuracy. The role reports to the Head of Performance Marketing and collaborates with internal teams and external partners.

This remote-first position can be performed from anywhere in Europe, with occasional travel to Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Fluent English and German are required.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience in an international setting.
• Strong creative strategy skills with a track record of ads that perform.
• A data-driven approach to testing, measurement, and decision-making.
• Experience improving conversion rates and managing campaigns against ROI goals.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience with other relevant social platforms.
• Ability to adapt messaging and execution across markets while keeping the brand consistent.
• Clear communication and sound judgment when working with sensitive health topics.
• Nice to have: experience in health tech, medical devices, wearables, or subscription products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across the US, UK, Germany and other growth markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on customer research, market differences and performance data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages in partnership with creative and product teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate, from ad click through to purchase.
• Measure performance against acquisition cost, revenue and return on investment and turn findings into clear decisions and next steps.
• Work with clinical, regulatory and legal colleagues to ensure advertising claims and health messaging are accurate and approved.
• Steer agencies and freelancers, set clear priorities and ensure high-quality execution and continuous performance improvement.
