Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to own our paid social strategy across key markets. You will translate customer insights into high-performance campaigns, run rigorous testing and collaborate with creative partners to bring standout concepts to market.

You will connect these efforts to measurable outcomes, improving conversion and ROI while ensuring health messaging accuracy. Remote-first role with occasional travel to Neuchâtel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on paid social experience in international settings.
• Strong creative strategy and a track record turning insights into ads that perform.
• Data-driven testing, measurement and decision-making for ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on research and performance data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts with creative and product teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimisation on Meta, TikTok, and more.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and CRO.
• Measure performance against CAC, revenue and ROI; drive decisions.
• Collaborate with clinical/regulatory teams to ensure compliant messaging.
• Steer agencies and freelancers; set priorities for high-quality execution.
