Job summary

Benetics AI in Zurich seeks a growth marketer who can own campaigns across Meta, Google and organic social, from planning to execution. You will craft content, build AI workflows, and work with marketing, product and sales to iterate based on feedback and results.

Bring 3–5 years in growth marketing, B2B tech experience, and hands-on ad copy, video creation and analytics. You’ll join a Swiss-based, bootstrapped team focused on scalable, data-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in growth or performance marketing, with hands-on campaigns.
• Experience at a B2B tech company; construction trades audience is a plus.
• Experience with HubSpot and connecting tools via automation.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, organic social) from plan to delivery.
• Plan content and build AI workflows behind campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and sales; use feedback to decide next moves.
• Create posts and short-form video; repurpose customer stories into channel-friendly formats.
• Test hypotheses on audiences and creative; scale what works.
