Job summary

Incubeta Group is looking for a Lead Paid Social Consultant to own strategic and technical delivery across Northern Europe and the DACH region from Winterthur/Zurich. The role blends hands-on campaign work with strategic growth and client leadership in a hybrid Swiss setup.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, deep platform mastery, strong analytics, and a commercial mindset to grow client relationships and revenue.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on paid social experience in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced performance environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of tracking/AdTech including GA4, GTM and feed management.
• Ability to consult senior client stakeholders and steer multi-market campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior paid social adviser to NE and DACH clients across luxury, financial services and ecommerce.
• Drive outcomes such as LTV, POAS, MER and proven incrementality.
• Lead quarterly business reviews to grow accounts and promote OutSmart, OutCreate and OutMeasure.
• Shape the commercial case at renewal points and move towards outcome-based agreements.
• Collaborate with pre-sales on new business, audits and pitches for paid social.
• Anticipate industry changes and maintain a competitive edge.
