Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a Front Desk Professional/Receptionist for our Baar, Switzerland location. The role represents the firm as a first point of contact for clients, visitors, employees, and external partners, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and seamless front-of-house experience.

With the responsibility to manage the switchboard, access control, mail handling including international shipments and customs, you will contribute to ongoing process improvements and support internal events

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional front-of-house experience, including at least 1 year in hotel reception or similar roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation with ability to represent the firm professionally.
• Fluency in German and English at C1 level; understanding of Swiss German is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors, employees, and external service providers in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage the switchboard and route calls to the appropriate internal contacts
• Support building access control, visitor registration, and visitor parking
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail and international parcel shipments, including customs administration
• Contribute to improving reception-related processes and service standards
• Support internal events and Customer Care team; occasional hours outside regular office time
• Perform administrative tasks, light housekeeping, and stock management in reception area
