Job summary

Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is seeking a service-driven Hub Manager to lead day-to-day operations across concierge, lounge, tea service and retail in Andermatt.

You will shape the guest journey from welcome through booking to follow-up at a consistently premium level, and coach the team to flex between experiences and merchandise.

This role also involves budget and stock oversight, KPI reporting, and resolving guest issues, with additional support across Andermatt Experiences during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in hospitality, concierge, tourism, retail, or guest services with team coordination.
• Experience using booking platforms, CRM, POS and stock control.
• Strong sense for premium service and lounge ambience.
• KPI reporting, budget monitoring and commission tracking.
• Fluent German and English; other languages a plus; knowledge of Andermatt region is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations: opening/closing, shifts, handovers across concierge, lounge, tea service and retail.
• Shape the guest journey from welcome to booking and follow-up at premium level.
• Coach and cross-train team to flex between experiences and merchandise.
• Directly book simple experiences and refer specialist activities via partners.
• Uphold Alpine Wellness tea concept and retail standards while driving sales.
• Monitor budget, bookings, NPS, stock and initiate improvements.
• Resolve guest issues and coordinate follow-up with departments.
• Support other areas of Andermatt Experiences when needed.

Job description

• You run the Hub day to day: opening and closing, shift planning and handovers across concierge, lounge, tea service and retail.
• You shape the guest journey - from the first welcome through advice and booking to follow-up - at a consistently premium level.
• You coach your team and cross-train them so they can flex between experience concierge, tea hospitality and merchandise.
• You oversee the direct booking of simple experiences and the clean referral of specialist and partner-operated activities.
• You uphold the standards for our Alpine Wellness tea concept and retail - and encourage additional sales without disturbing the relaxed lounge atmosphere.
• You keep an eye on budget, booking conversion, NPS and stock, and initiate improvements.
• You resolve guest issues with confidence and coordinate follow-up with departments and partners.
• Where needed, you also support other areas of Andermatt Experiences.

What you bring in

• A professional qualification in hospitality, tourism, retail, business or another service-oriented field; a higher vocational qualification is an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, concierge, tourism, retail or guest services, including coordinating a team or shift
• Confident use of booking platforms, CRM, POS and payment systems, and stock control
• A feel for premium service, lounge atmosphere and selling without pressure
• A head for numbers: KPI reporting, budget monitoring and commission tracking
• Fluent German and English; further languages are a plus
• Good knowledge of Andermatt and the region is an advantage
• Flexibility to work weekends, events and peak seasons
