Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4–8 years of experience in applications, solutions, or technical sales.
• Strong background in Fiber Optics and Optical Communication.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work with global teams.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities including technical presentations, solution discussions, product recommendations, and proofs-of-concept evaluations
• Assist customers in product qualification, deployment, and technical evaluation
• Perform optical link engineering and solution design for telecom, enterprise, and data center applications
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D teams to support business opportunities and customer projects
• Provide technical training and product knowledge to customers and partners
• Collect customer feedback and market requirements to support future product development
• Support customer visits, trade shows, workshops, and technical events
