Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Network Engineering, Technical Support, Application Engineering, or related role.
• CCNA certification is required; CCNP is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with networking equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Dell, HPE, Nokia, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Ethernet networking, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
• Exposure to optical networking or optical transceivers is desirable.
• Basic Linux and scripting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.
• Strong English communication and willingness to work with global customers.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical and field support for optical transceiver products and customer applications.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, interoperability, and performance issues on network equipment and optical links.
• Perform transceiver qualification and validation on customer platforms.
• Support customer escalations through root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.
• Conduct laboratory testing and generate technical reports.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Quality, R&D, and Sales teams to support customer projects.
• Deliver technical training and support customer visits when required.
• Develop expertise in transceiver EEPROM coding, platform compatibility, and product qualification.
