Qualifikationen

• Technical background with education in business administration, engineering management, or related field.
• Solid electrical engineering knowledge, especially dimensioning of power lines for mobile applications.
• Proven Product Manager experience in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of fiber optics and mobile network applications is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Advise and collaborate with global mobile network operators to deploy customized connectivity solutions.
• Serve as technical consultant for internal and external stakeholders on electrical and fiber optic dimensioning of mobile networks and cell sites.
• Translate market trends and customer requirements into specifications for new products, solutions, and services.
• Initiate and sponsor product development projects, partnering with R&D throughout the development process.
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to transform insights into growth opportunities.
• Define and execute product strategies and drive global product launches.
• Manage the entire product life cycle of the assigned portfolio, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and scalability.
• Lead product-focused sales enablement and promotions with sales and market management teams.
• Support customer visits, industry events, and exhibitions to strengthen market presence and engagement.
• Act as key interface between customers, sales, marketing, operations, and R&D to ensure product success.
