Job summary

Connect44 in Switzerland is seeking a responsive first-level technical support specialist for Huawei Smart PV products, including inverters and battery storage systems. You will register, document and manage customer requests and analyze issues to propose effective solutions.

You will keep customers satisfied by monitoring requests to resolution, coordinating with second-level teams when escalation is needed, and communicating professionally via email and phone.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related electrical field.
• Knowledge of power electronics, inverters and battery storage systems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in French and German.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for Huawei Smart PV products (inverters and battery storage).
• Register, document and manage customer support requests.
• Analyse technical issues, identify root causes where possible, and propose solutions.
• Monitor and track support requests through to resolution with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with second-level support and other technical teams when escalation is required.
• Communicate professionally with customers via email and telephone.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering efficient, reliable technical support.
• Support customers and installers with technical troubleshooting, including on-site visits when required.
