Job summary

Connect44 is seeking a motivated Digital Power Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our team and deliver high-quality technical solutions and services to customers. This permanent role requires travel across Switzerland and hands-on support for Huawei Smart PV and Data Center Facility products.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background (Uni of Applied Sciences or apprenticeship), electronics interest, IT know-how, and strong English skills. A company car is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a University of Applied Sciences, or higher education in Electrical Engineering, or an electrical field apprenticeship.
• Background and interest in electronics, such as inverters and battery storage systems, and good IT know-how.
• Own car and willingness to undertake business trips across Switzerland for customer onsite troubleshooting and installer communications.
• Experience in inverter and BESS problem-solving and commissioning is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; German or French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers onsite and provide troubleshooting and service support.
• Provide supervision and commissioning services onsite for customers.
• Provide remote support for Huawei Smart PV products (C&I, Utility) and Data Center Facility products via the Huawei Customer Management System.
• Register and collect customer support requests.
• Identify issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Track the progress of customer support requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service to customers.
