Connect44 GmbH is seeking a motivated Digital Power Field Service Engineer to join our team and deliver high-quality technical solutions to customers. This permanent role involves on-site visits for troubleshooting, supervision, and commissioning, plus remote support for Huawei Smart PV products and Data Center Facility systems.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation from a University of Applied Sciences or higher in Electrical Engineering or an electrical apprenticeship.
• Interest in electronics, inverters, battery storage, and good IT know-how.
• Willingness to travel across Switzerland and own car.
• Experience in inverter and BESS problem-solving and commissioning is an advantage.
• Strong English communication; German or French an advantage.

Main Responsibilities

• Visit customers onsite and provide troubleshooting and service support.
• Provide supervision and commissioning services onsite for customers.
• Provide remote support for technical questions regardingHuawei Smart PV products (C&I, Utility)andData Center Facility productsvia the Huawei Customer Management System.
• Register and collect customer support requests.
• Identify issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Track the progress of customer support requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service to customers.

Requirements

• Graduation from aUniversity of Applied Sciences, or higher education specializing inElectrical Engineering, or an apprenticeship in an electrical field.
• Background and interest inelectronics, such as inverters and battery storage systems, as well as good IT know-how.
• Own car and willingness to undertake business trips across Switzerland for customer onsite troubleshooting and installer communications.
• Experience ininverter and BESS problem-solving and commissioningis an advantage.
• Strong communication skills inEnglish. German or French is an advantage.
