Qualifikationen

• Background in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong IT know-how and interest in electronics such as inverters and battery storage systems.

Aufgaben

• Visit customers onsite and provide troubleshooting and service support.
• Provide supervision and commissioning services onsite for customers.
• Provide remote support for Huawei Smart PV and Data Center Facility products via the Huawei Customer Management System.
• Register and collect customer support requests; track progress and ensure timely follow-up.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
