Connect44 GmbH is seeking a Digital Power Customer Support Engineer (CSE) fluent in French and German to provide technical support for photovoltaic inverters, BESS, and related products. The role includes remote issue analysis, ticket management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Occasional travel to customer sites will be required for commissioning and training, working with an international team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the renewable

Qualifikationen

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or comparable qualification.
Experience or strong interest in photovoltaic systems, inverters, BESS, or power electronics.
Good understanding of electrical systems and basic networking/IT concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured troubleshooting approach.
