Job summary

D ONE – Data Driven Value Creation is seeking an HR Manager / People Operations Lead to own HR operations in Switzerland and coordinate with teams in Germany and Greece. You will ensure reliable personnel administration and act as a trusted contact for employees and management.

You will oversee payroll, contracts, data integrity, end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, training tracking, and performance processes, while advising on employment law and metrics.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Swiss payroll, social insurance, and employment law.
• Experience running end-to-end recruiting, ideally in consulting.
• Fluent German and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and year-end: Swiss payroll and related filings.
• Contracts and master data management: contracts, certificates, personnel data.
• End-to-end recruiting, onboarding and offboarding coordination.
