Job summary

BLACKROLL® seeks an HR Manager Switzerland & International to run day-to-day HR operations in Switzerland, acting as a key contact for employees and managers. You will ensure reliable processes across the employee lifecycle and drive digitalization, AI-powered workflows, and efficiency improvements in collaboration with the People & Culture team and external partners.

You will support payroll coordination, onboarding, and cross-border HR initiatives, while shaping scalable international HR

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist with knowledge of Swiss and German HR practices.
• Strong operational HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding processes and a focus on employee experience.
• Structured, pragmatic, independent work style in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations in Switzerland and be a key contact for employees and managers.
• Coordinate payroll processes with external partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support recruiting and onboarding activities in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Assist in building and developing international HR structures with the International HR Lead.
• Drive the optimization and digitalization of HR processes using AI, automation and modern tools.
• Ensure compliance with employment and social security regulations.
• Lead HR projects and implement pragmatic, value-adding improvements.
