You will work closely with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Global People Partners to deliver a smooth, compliant, and value-driven HR experience for employees and managers.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive HR Operations experience (5–10 years) with Swiss payroll exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment regulations and records management.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with process improvement focus.
• Clear communication across diverse stakeholder groups.

Aufgaben

• Manage onboarding, employee changes, leaves, transfers and exits.
• Prepare Swiss employment documentation and work permit records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR processes and records.
• Support family allowances, pension fund administration and data changes.
• Collaborate with Payroll for salary changes and benefits information.
• Enhance the employee experience during onboarding and leaver processes.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize and standardize HR workflows.
• Partner with Global People Partners, Talent Acquisition and other teams on HR projects.
