Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR & People Operations Expert for a remote, independent contract role based in Switzerland. The position focuses on designing realistic HR tasks, establishing objective evaluation criteria, and assessing professional judgment across payroll, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle processes.

You will prepare supporting documentation, ensure clarity of assignments, and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on experience in payroll, workforce planning, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience developing or evaluating structured HR procedures and checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent standards.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2), higher proficiency preferred (C1).
• Independent, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• HR certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step HR tasks covering payroll, planning, policies, and lifecycle.
• Create structured rubrics and objective evaluation criteria.
• Craft tasks that test interpretation and HR expertise.
• Prepare HR reference materials and supporting documents.
• Flag ambiguous or incomplete assignments and ensure clarity.
• Deliver assignments within established timelines.
