River Advice AG in Basel is seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations for onshore staff, with a focus on Swiss payroll processing and data integrity.

You will collaborate with the HR Director, Payroll Manager and international colleagues to optimize processes, administer contracts, time tracking and personnel files.

Fluency in German and English, hands-on experience with Abacus-ERP (MyAbacus) and Microsoft 365 are important, as is a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in operational HR and Swiss payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security.
• Proficiency in HR systems and payroll tools.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day HR operations for onshore employees.
• Handle payroll processing, monthly closings and related reports.
• Maintain HR data and assist Abacus-ERP / MyAbacus processes.
• Assist recruitment, time tracking, absences and personnel files.
• Collaborate with HR Director, Payroll Manager and international colleagues.
