Lucca, a European HR software company, is seeking a proactive Outbound Specialist to accelerate growth in Switzerland by identifying new opportunities and building a strong pipeline. You will work at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, sparking conversations that translate into meaningful opportunities.

The role requires 2–3 years in outbound or BD, fluency in French and English, and German as a strong asset. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally in a remote-friendly hybrid setup in Geneva.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Business Development, SDR/BDR or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a strong asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify and prospect priority target accounts aligned with Sales hunting goals.
• Develop personalised outreach across channels including email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Manage cold and lost opportunities to re-engage prospects at the right time.
• Maintain accurate prospecting activity and monitor outbound performance.
• Feed prospect and market insights back to Marketing to refine messaging and demand-generation.
• Build a professional network by attending industry events to generate new opportunities.
