Lucca is a European HR software company expanding in Switzerland. We are seeking a proactive Outbound Specialist to accelerate growth in Switzerland, identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Outbound Sales, Business Development, SDR/BDR or similar
• Strong B2B prospecting, qualification and outbound sales understanding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for metrics
• Autonomous, hands-on and results-oriented
• Fluent in French and English; German is a strong asset

• Identify and prospect priority target accounts in line with hunting goals
• Develop personalised outbound outreach across email, phone and LinkedIn
• Manage cold and lost opportunities to re-engage prospects
• Maintain up-to-date prospecting activity and monitor outbound performance

What will you be doing?

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Outbound Specialist to help accelerate our growth in Switzerland by identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Working at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, you will play a key role in reaching the right companies, engaging the right decision-makers and sparking conversations that can translate into meaningful business opportunities. Through targeted prospecting and a thoughtful, data-driven approach, you will help expand our reach and strengthen our customer acquisition efforts.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify and prospect priority target accounts in alignment with Sales hunting goals.
• Develop personalised and relevant outreach across channels including email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Manage cold and lost opportunities to re-engage prospects at the right time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospecting activity and monitor Outbound performance
• Feed prospect and market insights back to the Marketing team to refine messaging, targeting and demand-generation initiatives.
• Build and develop a professional network by attending industry events, networking sessions and relevant business gatherings to connect with key stakeholders, identify potential prospects and generate new business opportunities.

You’re the right fit if you…

• 2/3 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Business Development, SDR/BDR or a similar role (including working student experience).
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, qualification and outbound sales principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage different audiences.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to monitor activity and conversion metrics and continuously improve performance.
• Autonomous, hands-on and results-oriented, with the ability to move from account research to outreach and qualification.
• Comfortable working closely with Sales and Marketing and sharing market feedback and insights.
• French (fluent), English (fluent), German (strong asset)
